    +1 This is so important. I think companies in general, but specifically game companies, should keep all of their announcements, update info, patch notes, player info, etc. all on the same social media platform. If they want to use a second or third platform, great. But we shouldn't have to go to the forums to see updates and patch notes, Twitter for downtimes/problems/update times, Facebook for secondary info ...
