  2. Everyone Maevia Eureka has been in the Top 10 in a bunch of the creature submissions and this is probably the best creature for this map and could be used on many others as well, everyone that wants her please vote for her as your number 1, it’s a hard vote, there are 5 or 6 great creatures I like in the top 10 but this amazing jumping spider deserves your #1 vote and deserves to be number 1 in your heart, Maevia Eureka is truly an awesome submission, let’s get her to number 1 guys and girls!

  3. With the direction Survival Ascended is taking, I doubt any TLCs will be released in it. Maybe it's becouse Wildcard doesn't even try to fix the balancing, becouse it's almost as messy as the code. This is why I like Ark 2 more, since it rebuilds the game's balance and mechanics from scratch, therefore it's easier to balance stuff, and erease the massive damage powercreep has caused.

  4. This is super cute, and I like the overall concept just not its size. I personally think it would be much more suited to a shoulder pet.. The mating dance idea is amazing and sounds like a lot of fun. I hope it can be implemented!

  7. It does get posted on Steam as it is in the Community Crunch that gets posted on the official forum and the Steam forum, but it won't be until Friday. The issue with the voting is the dates it commences/ends, which is done oddly. The suggestions begin with the Crunch on Friday, but ends a week on Monday and the final voting starts immediately after. Which means the prior Crunch has already been posted and then next one is 4 days away, which is also only 3 days before the voting finishes. I'm not sure why they do it like that and why they don't create a separate post on the forum to announce the final vote. Also, assuming they get it working again, there is a Twitter widget on the front page of this website that will show the latest Tweets from the ARK account. Non-Twitter users can always keep an eye on that from here.

  9. Im curious why Wildcard doesnt post the vote on steam... like they only post it on twitter or what? Not everyone, believe it or not, uses twitter these days. Anyway, I have a sad feeling first place here wont translate to first place on.. twitter and the vote can be rigged by bots and all that jazz. Sigh It was nice to see it win for once tho.

  11. They cant even make a release date with the content they have planned now, and you want to add more to their workload. Cmon bruh. I can just see it now. Delayasaur, the 3rd Ragnarok creature vote winner, coming 2025.

  12. normally the other maps this was part of I didn't see fit for it but for Abb I feel like it's the perfect place for it since it's a lot of climbing area for it to roam around in.

  13. LETS GO THE SPIDER IS IN DA HOUSE (Seriously this thing needs to win I really want a spooder as a shoulder pet. I don't even care what it does I simply must have it.)

  14. don't worry it is going to be quite unknown to see who will win for sure, as a lot of people who weren't looking at other creatures may look this time around, it being a smaller selection, plus it being very important to know what you want to win on this round! Unfortunately, every creature that has been at the 'top of the list' with 'most votes' has lost prior to this event, however they also have had influencers call people in to vote, where this time that wasn't as simple since you can only vote once you've commented 6 times, so we shall see! fingers crossed, but I feel like it will definitely be a bit of a surprise as to which one will win!

  17. This is the way they did it last time. And the time before that. There's a first round of voting to get to the final round.

  18. Agreed, which is exactly why the OP was asking for information and help, not rando opinions on which games they should be playing. If this was a game that lacks in customization options for single player then maybe 'not for you' would have been accurate, but in this game, where it's quite possible to provide a solution to the OP's issue, it's pretty callous and patronizing to just tell someone that they shouldn't be asking questions.

  19. This is a really neat idea! I think it will fit in well with Abberation. I hope others agree too!

  20. yeah I do find it odd Wildcard is sticking to real world creatures, Each DLC gets more and more fantastical and out of this world with it's creatures, like the only Story map that keeps to real world creatures is the Island, if they do another set of creature voting for each map they should absolutely scrap the just real world creatures and let our imaginations run wild Also thankyou for the kind words, despite the yingi being a real world creature we played heavily into the Alien/Terrifying theme that Aberration is

  21. Another owl for the ARKs would certainly spice things up, especially because this one is completely different from the snow owl. I'm also enjoying the grotto vibes on this fella, hope it makes it into the top ten!

  23. Would certainly love to see this creature in Ark, the idea behind it certainly sounds fun with the gem powders and the fact that it's more of a jumper! ❤️

  25. Hilariously enough they managed to scrape together the brain power to adapt to using a different language but still couldn’t piece together that obvious spam from a day/week old account is still obvious spam. When a CC drops full of all sorts of information and the only reply someone shoots back in response to all of it is “god” (not good mind you, specifically ‘god’) then it tends to raise an eyebrow or two

  28. Hello Ark survivors! This is the first time that I participate in a contest related to the creation of a video game character, and what better way to do it than with my favorite game: Ark Survival Evolved. Hope you like!! Description: The Lycaenops is a small-medium sized predator whose physiognomy and instinct make it an extremely successful option to explore in a versatile, complete and fast way. It is also a killing machine thanks to its jaw similar to that of a wolf and teeth that pierce even the deepest and most resistant layer of skin. They wound in such a lethal way that the prey deteriorates very quickly and due to its size, it has the ability to more effectively dodge attacks than a larger creature. SKILLS: The Lycaenops has two modes that can be toggled, explorer mode and predatory instinct. Explorer mode (DAY): This mode will take you by default when you mount it. -With the left click it will make a bite that will inflict damage. -With the right click it will make a scratch that will serve mostly to harvest the corpse of the victims in a much more effective way, although it will also do damage. -With the space bar you can jump in a run like many dinosaurs, although you can also charge a jump that will allow you to pounce between stones or not very large trees with great speed that will make the Lycaenops a very good option to explore, in addition to not will take fall damage while in scout mode. It should be noted that, even if the Lycaenops is in explorer mode, it can activate the predatory instinct, but if it is daytime when that happens, it will begin to make it sleepy quickly and it will gain unconsciousness until it falls asleep unless it is previously deactivated. If you fall asleep for this reason, you will wake up much faster than usual and unconsciousness will take you down at a great pace. Predatory Instinct (NIGHT): This mode can be toggled (deactivated or activated) between "Explorer Mode" with the "C" key, although it will automatically activate when it becomes night and deactivate when it becomes day. When activating this mode, the aura of the creatures will be seen passively, neutral creatures will be gray and aggressive ones will be red. Additionally, he will gain 20% movement speed. -Left-clicking will inflict a much deadlier bite than its daytime version, which will apply a percentage life drain effect to the victim's health as damage, and a percentage of that life drain will be reflected as health regeneration for the Lycaenops. -With the right click you can mark a creature as prey. By marking it as a target and after the combat has started, the rival will begin to lose energy as the fight goes by, and if the creature runs out of energy it will receive 10% more damage, also if the combat lasts more than 10 seconds, the Lycaenops will gain 1.5% damage reduction per second up to a maximum of 30%. -With the space bar you will make a normal jump, but if you have a marked target when jumping towards the prey, the jump will be much more ferocious and will have more range. The Lycaenops is the quintessential medium-sized predator due to its high damage and hunting qualities against its victims, but it lacks a large amount of health. Domestication: The Lycaenops works in herds, generally between 2 and 4 specimens, due to this and other factors the domestication of one of these predators is complicated: The only way to obtain a Lycaenops is by stealing a young from the female (in case that there is one in the herd) since it is not possible to domesticate a specimen in the traditional way. To achieve this we must establish a herd and verify that among them is a young Lycaenops walking. If so, the best thing to do is to get rid of the herd by killing it or make them face other creatures to divert their attention from the young. If there is a female in the herd, but there is no calf walking next to her, it is possible that it has not yet been born or that the female is pregnant and about to give birth, if it is the latter case, it is best to wait patiently for the female gives birth to the calf and then proceed with the aforementioned explanation. In any domestication scenario, the best way to get a calf is during the day because at those times the herd is resting, since the whole group is lurking at night and it can become a very complicated task to steal the calf.

  29. Most ARK players don't play official servers and even less play on Conquest servers. And the Snail Games stock doesn't mean anything. Most players won't be fussed enough to quit just because they might not be able to play ASA for a few extra weeks. The playerbase that it would kill would be the minority number.
