All those early game structures, they look so GREAT in UE5. Makes me wonder what Thatch, wood, and stone are all going to look like

If you say you're not going to post again it doesn't matter what your reason is, you're still going back on your word and making it obvious that you weren't being honest the first time, the truth was you were just having a tantrum. If you want to post, then post. If you want to disagree, then disagree. If you want to argue, then argue. That's what forums are for. But announcing that you're taking your toys and going home is both meaningless and foolish. I'm not denying the whole thing was bad and could/should have been handled much better, but still doesn't mean they lied about anything. At the end of the day an apology would just fix hurt feelings. At least they explained why it is no longer free, not like it was complete radio silence.

Have you ever said something and then later down the line things change for whatever reason and that changes the outcome of what you had previously said? If so (which pretty much everyone will have experienced that) do people point fingers at you and call you a liar?

Uhhhh sure, if you count two or three years as "new" to ARK (however that's only ever been e playing The Island on repeat since until now I've never managed to Ascend). I may not have read a lot of the forums, but I am plenty aware of information on ARK itself. I've read every single official post thing from the developers on here. /nm

Interesting timing with the enforcement update. Is this your offhand way of addressing the conquest controversy, or are you genuinely giving us permission to tear into a certain tribe? Instead of giving specifics of changes in game mechanics, you present something that is unlikely to affect the game. You give a pointless retouching of something we have. No matter how you change it graphically, it will still be Smiti. OW disqualifies ASA from my shopping list. In addition to my wife loving the game, we'd have to buy a second PS5 plus ASA. Which in some financial situations is unfeasible, so ASA is too expensive a pleasure. So thank you for your stupid ideas.

The art of ARK ascendant don't make me want to buy the game. In game footage do that. And that Wild Card won't release that until some time before the game launch is very suspicious. Would not be surprised if they say they need to move up the release of it like with ARK 2

Loving the new look for the sleeping bag, smithy and mortar and pestle! I can’t wait to see what other changes will come for ASA! And I can understand it may be a hard development converting everything to UE5 and having it as a separate game. But I know it may be worth it in the end! Also I am curious, will be get some redesigns and TLC for some of ARK’s older creatures? I know a few still need a chance to shine like the Diplodocus and Gallimimus among others.

My private cluster community we've been running since 2015 were disheartened once they realized that there would be no new anything anymore for us on ARK SE and none of us know enough about ASA or ARK 2 to get excited. so for the first time since we started i got a unanimous vote to shut down our servers. so i packed up the saves and distributed them to everyone who wanted a copy and repurposed our server for some 7 days to die, valheim, and dissolved the other VMs i wasn't using anymore.
