Sorry to hear about your losses AotAs. glad you got a nice new tame. we just added a server to our cluster. we've been on Valguero, and we did a weekend on Fjordur. after our weekend we were contemplating changing the server over to the map permanently, but opted to add it as an option. we've been bouncing back and forth a bit now. with access to shadowmanes now i've tamed upa few of them and decided i'm going to seriously breed them instead of wolves. should be fun. i'm not giving up on my deinonychus though, i'll keep that breeding program going.

They already made better systems in Atlas, just adapt them. (on that note, they had better carry over the ocean tech from Atlas but cause that was a *huge* upgrade to Ark's eternal shallow pond of a sea.)

I think that as this year will be the last with events, they will change the rate of the game next year, in fact they should change now, because a lot of people have already abandoned the game.

It has already been said that officials are being closed when Ark 2 comes out. Cedric has made it very clear in more than one post. "We are putting all the event items into the HLNA store so you can have a last chance to get them all and so that when Ark 2 is released they will still be available to all the people who play on unofficial servers, which we will be keeping on". Keeping the unofficials on. Bc pay-per-month. Officials not staying on. On the plus side, the release of Ark 2 has already been delayed and given the track record of 'major' releases we still have plenty of time left with Ark 1. Fyi - total time of Gen 2 delay ('delay' being defined as "confirmed date" changing from originally announced date to actual date of release) was only just shy of a year. For a single DLC. G2 was announced just over 2 years before it was finally released - the G2 announcement is still available online if you care that much.
