It's unfortunate that in the 60 seconds it took me to create this image, you think the dev team has completely stopped all work. The team have been and still are working hard to fix all high-priority issues.

Im not being funny but if you expect me to pay for another DLC after i havent been able to get onto the game for 4 days due this bluescreen issue on ragnarok, you couldn't be further from correct. Ive already bought the other 3 DLC maps because you forced me to as theyve always given someone who owns the DLC a large advantage over someone who doesn't. However im sick of it now. Just keep getting error code (CE-34878-0) and ive missed over half the valentines event. Just absolutely pointless

See, while I get his standpoint, a chunk of the player base has lost faith in Wildcard. Pushed back dates, very little and vague information and ignoring the player base on a general. Do not get me wrong, I love this game. Every game studio is going to have it's issues, but when your community is screaming for fixes that are way past QoL and almost essential to the game, just to be made to feel it's not important? That's way past acceptable. I seriously hope Genesis is everything it's been hyped to be. However I do not hold much hope as Extinction wasn't worth the hype IMO.

I don't understand why everyone is so excited about Genesis. They can't even keep up their servers now!! What do you honestly think Genesis is going to be like?? IMO STOP releasing new content and FIX your existing content! This is ridiculous! We can't even play for certain periods of time without a crash, rollback, ect. Genesis??? Fix the freaken game first! You're just creating more bugs on top of bugs! Such horrible management! Seriously. Read the reviews of this game, people can't stand it! And they do nothing to fix it. I say all that and I know that I won't stop playing the game. I love the gameplay (when it freaken works) and I won't quit. So I understand why they aren't fixing it cause they are lazy, still making money, but man. It's caused headaches. All I see in my server, any servers I transfer too are people yelling at WC about fixing things. Will they quit? Probably not either. We all spent a lot of time to get to where we are. I've personally had my character deleted 2 times. I've lost so many dinos I don't even know. Please, fix the game first, stop releasing new content until you get THAT under control. Ram/Hard Drives/Servers are getting so cheap! There is no reason why a company this size can't afford to fix problems!

I'm looking forward to the launch. I would like to ask you to pay special attention. to the servers in particular valguero 560 which and others that are with daily falls. stays out for hours. we are sad to lose our babies and losing dinos in the falls. I have already reported several times. we don't really know what's going on, but I believe that wildcard can do something for us. Thanks for everythings

Please WC extend this event. 7 days was not enough ESPECIALLY since half my tribe is stuck in the blue screen zone on Rag.

@Chris I could go into a year long tirade on the CRAPTASTIC issues Ark has had just in the past 6 months, character deletions on transfers was a lovely one, happened 3 times to me personally and I know others in similar situations. Thousands of hours just @#$@'ed away by negligence on the part of Studio Wildcard. Or let's talk about server stability, this is the THIRD time since 9am this morning my FRIGGIN official extinction server has gone down, and guess what it's been down over an hour now, not coming back up it appears. And this happens EVERY DAY and lately more frequently than that. How do you expect any player with a speck of sense to get behind Wildcard when they can't even depend on the studio to keep their servers up and running smoothly? it's despicable, an embarrassment to any respected game studio, and an absolute disappointment to anyone who is playing, may have been considering it, or already did play it. Then you folks decide to shovel a big mouthful of "Give us money and play our DLC" when we're experiencing what we are currently with all the issues. I'd love to hear the logic behind how you are going to keep the servers up when the DLC launches, when you guys can't even keep that crap running on the oldest content half the time. Please, illuminate us, i'd love to hear some more empty promises or have smoke signals rectally injected as a party trick. Thank you so much for nothing. I'm tired of sitting here taking your company's crap, tired of a half arsed game, tired of terrible customer service, terrible servers, terrible decision making by Wildcard. Hell I'm just plain tired of it all. The only thing that even keeps me popping in once in awhile to my server, --- WHEN ITS POSSIBLE TO----, is the fact that I've got thousands of hours invested in dino collection and a few friends who still remain hopeful that one day Wildcard will pull their figurative head's out of their hind ends.

Fix the bug on EU-PVE-TheCenter633 !!! Everyone are kicked every 5minutes by Battleye! We have prepared a lot of eggs for this event, and we have lost a lot of them with the server offline thursday... and since that, we cannot play for more than 5minutes!!!!!! EVERYONE GET KICKED!!!!! We got no reply from Support request..... Also the server is show as a PVP server, but it's a PVE! I'm going to ask a refund for Genesis, fix your game!

@Chris - your facepalm reaction to my post only proves the lack of good principles in your company's public relations. It also reminds me of how many times I've had this reaction with Ark code glitches and bugs. And sorry for not being a toady boy. Several thousand hours spent in Ark built my skepticism. This game gave me a lot of joy but also a lot of negative experiences that I can't be a hyped fanatical follower. But I hope that will change.

They are pushing the advertising campaign so hard there are literally multiple threads in the Genesis sub topic complaining about almost the complete lack of advertising, information and hype about the DLC from WC.

The event is not being extended unfortunately. It's all steam ahead for Genesis next week.

Possibly one of the greatest responses from one of the development team I've ever seen on here, well said @Chris and just know that not everyone on here is a complete and utter *word I'm not allowed to say on the forums* and understands the pressures of working in software development under tight deadlines. Keep up the good work to all of you and don't stop the communication because some impatient idiots get you down.

I Think they do a fantastic job. And I know GENESIS will be a blast. They got so much ideas which is great. Not responding to the Switch Players is something I do not get. Anyway. Keep up the hard work. We love the game. All these haters and Internet heroes are not the Big part of players. It is ok to critizise but not all the time the same whining over and over again. I am happy with Ark and I am not a 24/7 addicted Nerd. With a Bit of distance and understanding I Think some of you retarded morons would be more thankful for what you have here.

Yey excited for the release of Genesis! I guess new players just get excited by a lot of things most of the time. But I've always wondered if the new expansion would present great obstacles to those who have not even achieved tek tier gameplays—like owning tek suits and other equipments and such. Generally, players who normally play at a slower pace than others. Hopefully not the case and even then I will still be excited nonetheless
