Hello Survivors, Today we have some important news regarding the launch of ARK: Extinction on console (Xbox and PS4). After careful consideration, we have decided to move our release date for the console release of Extinction to no later than November 13th. This change does not affect the Steam release of Extinction, which will still be available for purchase on November 6th, at 10am PST. We know this news will come as a disappointment to our console survivors, but we believe that this extra time will result in an improved experience for everyone who plays Extinction on console. I'm sitting over here laughing about all the idiots complaining. They have a history of never releasing on time. "Treated like dirt" meaning they don't want to release something super buggy, so they delayed it for a maximum of a week. I doubt it's as much the certification as it is the effort it takes to create and release a patch for consoles, so day one would be a bit buggy and have to wait for the patch (something that doesn't matter on the pc).1 point
