Hey there! The link and template files themselves seem to be okay, but one of the font links in indeed defunct.

The links eventually dying is a concern however, so I've uploaded them (plus the fonts) to my google drive.
Credit goes to those due, I'm just a hosting service.

Thank you so much! You have really done the community a huge favor here. 

I downloaded the files to verify their integrity, the Gimp file works but it doesn't have any of the special icons, however you can use the photoshop file in Gimp, and it works perfectly fine.
