Current Primitive+ Version: v1.3

 

Current Version: v1.3

* Obsidian pickaxe harvest rates increased
* Lumber Gate icon added
* Brick gate icon added
* Fishing lootables edited to remove non-primitive items
* Apiary bee duplication fixed - increased harvest rates of drone and queen bees
* Melee weapon balance- many weapons have been adjusted for damage
* Taming balance pass - fish, poultry, ribs, and bacon no are now balanced / no longer OP
* Weight of dried rice reduced
* Ground cashew engram is no longer duplicated in the handmill
* Brick gateway can be placed in the world
* Allo kibble can be crafted in cooking pot or cauldron
* Cashew milk can be consumed like any other consumable
* Various items no longer act as a feeding trough (traps, cabinets, miners box, etc)
* Fermenting barrel description improved to be more informative
* Custom arrow balance - all arrows should have distinct damage differences
* Water tower snap point improved to snap in a more logical placed
* Collision for the cement ramps has been improved - no more crouching through doorways
* Custom arrows can be used on core ark weapons (bow and crossbow)
* Damage done while using the longbow increased
* Rolling pin texture on the cooking station readded
* Lumber gateweay can be placed in the world
* Poultry can be cooked using all cooking methods (campfire, grill, etc)
* Clay from primitive + no longer turns into the clay from scorched earth
* Lumber ceiling placement and snap points have been improved
* Repairing while using the grindstone has been fixed
* Crafting while using the grindstone has been fixed
* The destructible mesh for stone fences corrected
* Custom consumables also give HP repleneshment like standard ARK consumables
* Fences have been renamed to be more descriptive
* Smokehouse naming has been improved to be more descriptive
* Destructible mesh for the smokehouse has been corrected
* Wine is no longer labeled as beer in radial menu
* Destructible mesh for pontoon bridge has been corrected
* Spelling mistakes in cement mixer has been corrected
* Water tower description has been improved to be more descriptive
* Icon has been added/corrected for the fishing traps
* Cigarette crafting time has been reduced to 5 seconds
* Cigarette consumption sound replaced with a non-eating sound
* Tudor (L Bar) collision improved
* Tudor bar naming is now consistent in all views
* Issues with limestone resolved - lumber structures no longer need limestone / limestone is recognized in valid crafting scenarios
* Gunpowder barrels and engram no longer disappear on relog
* Canteen engram remains learned after relog

* Fixed objects necessary to build glass walls
* The pick Obsidian is now more damage
* The Cashew milk does not need an engram, place them in the cauldron for 120 sec
* The Cooked poultry works
* Lumber gate doors work
* Fixed objects necessary for the engram of bonemeal
* Fermenting the barrel re works, it works every 120 sec
* All variations of the name "Chicken" are now called "Poultry"
* The engram of the Tudor bar now appears in the list of engrams
* The Brick gate and the gate frame are now available in engrams
* The metal hammer causes more drowsiness
* The allosaurus saddle is available in the Smithy
* The inventory was increased Apiary
* Loot when fishing have been adjusted
* Best position on the lumber flesh
* Battle-axis provides more damage
* The stack problem and cooking Poultry Resolved
* The stacks of Poultry is reduced by 5
* Retention time of the Poultry was increased
* Steel is not destroyed as easily as before with basic tools
* The Viking battle ax axis and can now be repaired
* Fixed an issue in the inventory of the Grindstone
* Corrected the description and the icon of Dried rice

* Water well bucket functionality fixed (works as a water tap. the water well base works as a reservoir)
* Fixed apiary mechanic - queen bee and drone bee do not get consumed when making worker bees
* Both versions of oil may be used on various torches (oil, sparkpowder, angler gel - the only fuel sources for torches/candles)
* Improved glass texture on roof and sloped roof structures
* Teepee description fixed
* Custom naming enabled for modern storage and weapon rack
* Grindstone description updated and corrected

HOTtFIX BUG>
First THANK YOU ... wanted to make saddles for months u guys rock.

BIG bug tho... all our miners boxes filled with mats are just gone... unable to see them but collision is still there! 

Official prim plus pve 21 is server

Update: Added. certain people can find saddle engrams some cant. ones who cant can find the Beer barrel to make beer for the chalo. and vise versa

Smithy is only seen in engrams for people who cant see the saddles too. 

Cannons can only be seen with the people who cant see saddles also.
Also. One or more of the people on my official server had all and i mean ALL of the engrams... for generators air condintioners ect

and was able to make them <.<

miners boxes with 10's of thousands of stone and 7000 iron ingots are still invisible

Never happened once no. A lot of animation bugs and things like the saddle engrams are from ARK updating and always doing bug fixing. This could have been one of those issues ill let Ced know.

We just cant open the Smithy and the Error, how should we play with that ? I tried 2 new Times and still get the Fatal, its not really funny, to log in for about 5 Minutes for each Test.

Im looking into it now. I did let Ced know, no one said it was funny man. I get the frustration :(

I did another Server Patch Try and now it works to open the Inventorys, but the Miners Boxes are gone..... loss loss Situation it seems. Just so you know. Seems it was a bad Patch from Steam, the Server got.

Okay yes. I thought it had to do with the server not being updated but the client is. Thanks! We're looking into the miner boxes now.

Beer tames the Chalicotherium, which will probably run into a problem since ARK has a different Beer. And kibble issue is still happening ill look into that.

Pelagornis and compy kibble so far cannot be made... tapejara and archeopteryx might be in the same boat.

Regardless...on the bug side of this forum, I have started a 1.3 bug thread - check it out - it is on-going.

How many more times are you going to toss the small jabs out there?   What's done is done man, let it go.   Time to move on.   A lot of stuff is out of our hands.

Regardless...on the bug side of this forum, I have started a 1.3 bug thread - check it out - it is on-going.

We know of these issues and their getting fixed. He did not get banned for helping our making bug threads, totally different reason he broke the rules. Just because you help in the community does not mean you get special treatment.

I'm trying to get the latest Game.ini settings for Primitive Plus.   The link I normally use says it was updated on 10/21 is: http://steamcommunity.com/app/346110/discussions/10/535150948605081777/

This link seems to have the wrong info.  It does not have the Primitive Plus items.  Is this a mistake?  Can anyone give me the current info that needs to go into Game.ini as well as if anything needs to go into GameUserSettings.ini.

Compy kibble can be made in the cooking pot (I haven't tried any of the other newer eggs) - but it doesn't tame the pelars any faster than dodo kibble. You can now tame pelars with the fish meat though (which is faster than dodo & compy kibble) :)

On another note - I wonder if the miners boxes will return with their contents? Our server has lost a LOT of mats.

The miner box is still there and has collision and is accessible but its invisible when its fixed im sure you can get what you have out of it.

maybe a very silly question...but are you guys looking into the loading times yet? as we do love this prim+ thing it is just to long for some to load the game whit this mod...right now we are making due with some smaller stackable mods to get a bit of a medeivil look and feel... but we do like to be able to switch to prim+ that is if you guys can get the loading time down?

From what I have read, the loading times have nothing to do with Prim+ itself, but more with the fact it is a "total conversion" DLC.  I believe it has something to do with affecting the base game.   @Itsr2ghgaming would you happen to be able to confirm this for them?

Checked a couple things out on the kibble side. Kibble can all be made but only in the cooking pot for the newerish dino's , Tapejara, Archaeopteryx, Pelagornis,Compy, ect ect. not in the cauldron. mostly stuff that uses fish meat.

it is also working as it should tested it on archae's and diplocaulus. BUT before diplodocus kibble worked to tame pelagornis's before the patch so i have not had a chance to test if the compy kibble works as advertised.

Also we still working on the miners boxes? i dont really wanna destroy 3 dozen lumber foundations to get my stone back. they are invisible and u cant get in them but someone has said if you destroy the building they are on u get the drop bag (too scared to test) But with the holiday thing going on i need all my metal to make ballistae to hopefully kill a dodorex x_x thanks!

 

UPDATE: if you destroy the floor the miners boxes are on a item bag will appear with all your mats in it. it does work i tested. and newly placed miners boxes disappear almost instantaneously .
