Plant Species Y - Not working...?

THIS COULD BE IN THE WRONG SECTION SO I'VE MADE ANOTHER POST ON THE "BUG" SECTION

 

So.. I cannot find a Plant X seed for the life on me on Scorched Earth, Maybe they're not on the map or I've just not looked in the right spots but either way the Plant Species Y plant seems to be either glitched or bugged cause the description of the Y Plant Seed reads:

Plant this in a viable large crop plot to grow a frightening-looking defensive plant, which will shoot poisonous spores at any interlopers!

Key part "Will shoot poisonous spores at any Interlopers!" - will SHOOT at any INTERLOPERS.

 

Shoot/Shooting

kill or wound (a person or animal) with a bullet or arrow.

 

interloper

A person who becomes involved in a place or situation where they are not wanted or are considered not to belong. E.g. My base.

 

So when I have Thatchers/newbies coming into my base/around the area of it why does the plant not shoot at them? I mean, Did WC just copy the description of the X plant and didn't think about changing it or is it a bug which will be fixed?
