broken world dino fallen through the ground completely how to get it back?

this hapened right at volcano east teleport... someone i was going to go help get their pryomane back from the volcano after they died
we met up at the east teleport i went to throw out my magma as he was running toward me

mag poped out near the pod like usual but then it just instantly fell as if the ground didn't exist...
here i am going to help someone and all of a sudden ark just says "hey F*** you"

and wildcard have basically shut down their customer support at this point so what am I meant to do?

if i cant get this mag back thats my entire event wasted.... this was our main attack stat partially combined with our other stats... we just had to get the higher health stat onto it...

this will be the whole summer 2x wasted...  because wildcard didnt code dino collision with someone out of tribe properly?

can we just have the lunar biome mechanic from gen1 all over the underside of the map... have it port your stuff back up if it falls under the map...

we need a way that we can upload our dino's from anywhere or give us a wake to teleport our own dino's..

ark isnt giving any ingame support anymore? why not...? thats what the money we pay ark is meant for to keep the servers running and to provide ingame support...

why havn't we gotten the ability to retrive our own dino's if ingame support isnt doing it anymore...?

guess we aint getting WC saving our dino's no more... shame we cant upload a dino from anywhere vertically..... that would help it be not OP and give us a way to get our dino's back if we can get within range of them from above / below
