I wanted to make a PVP server that brings back the good old ark we know and love.
I have removed DLC engrams from Bobs, I wanted to keep the server Mod Free,
The only Mod I was forced to add was "Remove Skill Tree"  to keep it Vanilla, 
and even though this server is Isolated with a cap on player/dino levels I 
wanted to bring something extra to the server. this server is fresh with no intention of wipes.

Disabled in the server
* Fabricated weapons, Rockets and C4
* Metal and Tek Structures

The following Engrams Crafting cost were altered so you can use them
- Boomerang, Whip, Flame Arrows, Fish Basket, Climbing pick.

The following Engrams Level Requirements were changed to 44
- Cryo Fridge, CryoPod, Grappling hook 

Loot Quality was increased in the drops, as the only way to get items, 
saddles and weapons not craftable due to player level can still be found in supply Crates,
however all disabled engrams in the server are unable to spawn in the drops.
