Vanny Posted April 21, 2025 Posted April 21, 2025 Hi everyone, Does anyone know what is going on with the official PVE Scorched Earth servers that are greyed out? As soon as the Easter event popped, I can see the server we play on (NA-PVE-Scortchedearth-5392) but it is greyed out so you cannot join in. I believe this server was on their decommissioning list due to lack of players. But I thought that was not happening until May 20th so there was plenty of time to move stuff off of it.

If so have you tried clicking on it then clicking the Refresh button at the bottom where it would normally say Join? The greyed out ones at the top basically represent your favourites.
Vanny Posted April 21, 2025 Author Posted April 21, 2025 It is greyed out like this. The star on the left just means that is one of my favorites. When I try to click on the server, the bottom right orange button that says "REFRESH" never changes to say "JOIN" so you never get the JOIN button. All you can do is refresh.
Volunteer Moderator GP Posted April 21, 2025 Volunteer Moderator Posted April 21, 2025 Oh so exactly same as mine, but mine changes from Refresh to Join when I click it. It refreshes the list and the server is then no longer greyed out. Not sure why it isn't doing that for you though.

I can never get the orange REFRESH button to switch to JOIN. I'm wondering if perhaps they are not allowing the Easter event on the servers that they are getting rid of? Is anybody else seeing this? Have you tried to join that server yourself? NA-PVE-Scortchedearth-5392

Since they are sun setting/shutting down several Scorched Earth servers, they changed the server name from "NA-PVE-Scorchedearth-5392" to "SUNSET-Scorchedearth-5392". And because it was a favorite of mine, their interface got confused and greyed out the server and the ability to join in. It also showed the battle eye icon removed and the "Mods" column was set to "NO". I removed the server from my favorites and then re-found it. And when I did that I could see the name was changed. IDK but their interface had a glitch after the renaming. Needless to say all my animals decayed and so did most of my base. Good freaking times.
