Survivors,

As the end of the year approaches, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on what makes this season truly special—not just the festivities, but the connections we share. For many, this time of year can be full of warmth and laughter, but it can also be a little lonely. That’s where gaming communities like ours shine brightest. Together, we’ve built a space where friendships thrive, adventures are shared, and no one has to face the world (or the wilds) alone.

It’s been a roar-some journey and we’re so grateful to have you along for the ride. From the epic stories you’ve created to the incredible support you’ve shown us, you’ve been at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re taming apex predators, building elaborate (or square) bases, or just enjoying the quiet beauty of a sunrise in-game, you’ve made this world, and our community, something truly special.

So, here’s to you, Survivors. To the friendships formed, the laughs shared, and the memories yet to come. As we step toward a new year together, we’re excited for what’s ahead—new challenges, new adventures, and, of course, more ways to bring us all closer and have fun.

Thank you for being part of our tribe. How ever you’re spending this season, know that you’re never alone here.

Stay safe, stay wild, and stay connected.

Thank you. The same to you. You guys get a lot of grief on this comment section. Some of it may even come from me. But it's because I love this game that I have such passion for it. And do think this is the forum to express those emotions. But I think maybe an acknowledgement of the joy that you've brought me even after the moments of grief is deserved. Because as terrible as the moments might be they pass, and the game continues and I'm so grateful for it. Sometimes PlayStation has to wait. Sometimes Xbox has to wait. But we are all here together afterwards. Thanks to you guys. Too often the player base will rush to the message boards to express and share their sincere grievances. Sometimes they share a bit too aggressively if you ask me. And sometimes the grievance may not be that sincere. And I think that is a positive sign of player engagement to venture all the way here and type up a comment. Most will just leave if that is what they intended to do and not bother to send any message beyond just quitting the game. That being said, I think it's kind of sad that after 3 hours I'm still the first and only comment. We should give credit where credit is due. Grief where grief is due. And maybe just show gratitude for a heart felt message of peace. Thank you so very much Wild Card. For everything. Yes even the delays that teach me to appreciate what I have even more once I finally get it. And see you in the next year!

I hear you, Joseph. I agree with much of what you said. Ark is the first game I played on console that I just couldn't stop playing. Of course, I feel they have room for improvement and growth, but even after a break, I always come back.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you all, Ark/WildCard team and fellow survivors. I wish you all a lovely end to 2024 and look forward to the new year!

🎄Happy holidays to you too, we know that there have been many setbacks throughout the year and how difficult it is to carry out a project as ambitious as Ark Survival Ascended. But here you have your little survivors who remain here to enjoy your great work as we always have.

There is a lot of work that you do and the public is difficult for those of you who perform, even so you endure congratulations and reproaches alike, but I am sure that when everything is solved and ASA working in all its splendor the waters will calm down and we will enjoy a spectacular game with great playable content.

Now it's time to start 2025 with strength and optimism, you can see things coming on the horizon and I'm looking forward to you sharing them with us when the time comes. It is for me (and I think I also speak on behalf of many) a pride to be part of this community that you have created. Thanks for everything Wildcard 🎄
