I would like to optimize the game for "MediaTek" processors, I have a Tecno Spark 20 cell phone with 8 gigabytes of RAM and 256 of storage and it works very poorly for me when it comes to performance.Even on the lowest graphics I'm doing very badly

hello I'm from Vietnam I really like ARK I've been waiting for a long time for the game to be released but my phone has an incompatible GPU I'm very disappointed I hope the studio will soon fix it with Mali GPU, please optimize with my GPU

I downloaded ark:use last night and played it using my phone(Infinix GT20 Pro) and so far i face not too many issues. Here's what i have to say about the game after a few hours of gameplay:

1.For me the game graphics is just fine, its an upgrade compare to the previous (Ark mobile) but i hope we will be able to play the game in 45 or 60 fps rather than stuck at 30.

2.Controller support is pretty straight forward once you connect your controller to your phone just launch the game and there you can navigate in the menu or in game using it. The only thing i have to say is sometimes when i try to transfer a stack of item by holding A and press R2, or when I press to many button at once the game tend to force close for some reason. Its frustrating just to redo everything just because the game force close when you transferring stuff to storage. So everytime i do anything either gathering/storing resources or doing anything i need to save just in case the game force close. 

 

Yeah so far thats all beside that the game was fun and im happy hope the dev continue improving the game. Thanks for the early release!

Just recently bought the ark pass with my phone and log in the same google account,same epic game account on my tab,but seems like the ark pass doesn't link to my account on my tab (my tab account doesn't have the ark pass, but my account on my phone does)

Is the ark pass limited to devices and not account? please help

Mi celular es un Moto Edge 30 pro y el problema que me a ocurrido es que cuando estoy jugando el juego se me cierra solo y cuando vuelvo a entrar todo lo que he construido se desaparece ( así cada vez que entro a jugar), incluso si guardo la partida y se cierra el juego cuando vuelvo a entrar no aparece nada guardado. No sé si hay algo que se pueda hacer o toca esperar que arreglen el error.

Sir as i observe there's some device even far lower than my device specification that's being supported while mine not being supported, it may be handy to refer to antutu Benchmark scores, there you could gain a list of chipset names and computational power in the SoC tab , choose the lowest supported chip and you could also view the gpu computation power to if you want to use it as the main metric, I really want to play the game, it's gonna be easier if you state the chipset as the requirement than the device name since there's Hella lot of devices and emerging brands

Feedbacks for ark ultimate mobile edition 

Would love of there was a lower graphics settings for the low phone which can run it but it lags

Please add the whole preset of the ark where we can set the XP gain and the resources gathering amount 

Add the full player stats option like in ark survival evolved mobile edition 

Add a proper wheel selection because it is hard for me to select the option because it is like a finger sliding, move the finger from left to right for it to turn the wheel but it would be great if we could just put the finger on the exact option I need to select 

And also a preset settings, add the creature max taming limits so we could change it

Please make these changes and make them remain free, would appreciate it

1. limiting phones preformance, and forcing them to slow down is one big issue, as it causes alot of phones to lag, glitch, and outright close app, as your forcing our phones to work harder to slow down everything, 

2. the fact that u use so many extra ui things, as in extra touches, slides, multi touch, u could simply reduce the ui usage and remove alot of lag, if u would simply use buttons, like istead of swip up or down just set a button, the reason people phones are havong trouble is because your trying to make phones do more then they should be doing, simplify it for gods sake, remove all the bs, and just pit a simple button config layout on the screen, (its easy, use a playstation or xbox controller config setup, mimic it over to onscreen buttons, and give option to use it instead of all the bs cpntrols u got boom done) simply would reduce alot of lag, alot of issues, and would make oh i dont know like 90% of your plauers happier, and bring more in because they could actully download and play game.

 

3.if pubg, albion online, call of duty online etc. etc. all this large online games, can use buttons, allow self config. and play with no issues on our phones and do more operations, and have more runningon screen, why is it, yall cant simply do the work, i mean wellover 2 years, and simple port over of a game yall already had, all u had to do was allow lower end graphic setting, port over a button config on screen from the switch, and boom simple, i mean for the love of god, fix it, i can play pubg mobile at 60 fps, with no issue, no lag no problems, an yet, i cant even walk threw your world on single player because yall have the ui running nonstopmax going cause all that u have it doing, simple is better,FIX THE UI,again from a simple player, simple controls, a simple button layout, and remove all the bs, swipe here, double tap, click this extea, swip left here, its stupid, u got the phone tryong to figure out did he double click, tap once, swipe cause his finger moved or is he teying to look left quickly, all at same time when, a simple button to do same thing would fix your issues, quit trying to make a ground breaking thing, and realize its a phone, be simple, remove bs ui, add uttons, will improve preformance 100% off gate...
