So no Fear Ascended proper event then? no spooky pumpkins, gravestones, Zombie wyverns on servers for all to have a go at claiming? No dodo moon showing? You DO know a huge chunk of your players cannot play club ark, don't you? It's still unplayable for sooo many

 

Grandma is very disappointed, miss my zombie wyverns soo much and now no chance of replacing what was lost 😞

Adding something similar to Audrey 2 is kinda cool cant lie, but that doesn't negate the fact alot of us can't play or have left since the abb update and it'll only continue.

For example I can't even play on the ps5 because the newest "update" added stutter to my frames. So ontop of crashing the game stutters if I look too fast.

It would help if we had the command line in advance so we don't have to restart after the release date.

single player and host are broken but also pvp is dead this game has nothing left. ARK is only one in the idea but developed by incompetents

 The apologist and enabling stuff aside, knowing Snail-WC's financial issues and the fact that many folks on youtube have stopped covering content by them and moved on to other games or have turned what they do cover down to a trickle, turning to raasc  was likely due to not having much choices otherwise.  Expectations as well that it would've been some one "bigger" isnt grounded in the reality of their issues either.

Ich bin es leid... 

Spiele seit Jahren ark und ich liebe dieses Spiel... Aber kurz nach der Veröffentlichung von Aberration ist irgendwas kaputt gegangen. Ich kann mich nicht groß bewegen auf der Karte ohne raus zu fliegen und wenn man unterwegs ist, ist das echt scheiße im Kampf oder so. Es macht echt kein Spaß so daher bin ich immer weniger am ark spielen.. Auch wenn das alles so toll klinkt was ihr vorhabt. Solange der Fehler da ist macht alles kein Spaß mehr.. Ich spiele über xbox series s, ich hab mir extra eine neue xbox gekauft und ark ascended zu spielen... Und dann bekommt man sowas... 

Bitte bringt was raus das diesen Fehler behebt den ich bin nicht die einzige mit diesem Problem.

 You do know that during last year's extralife event and then later at the start of this year on twitter that Jeremy stated their whole team is focused on ASA.  Financially, its the only thing keeping them really a float, Ark 2 at this point is a pipe dream.

We already saw evidence of this between 2021 and 2023 while I understand that donations are meant to be from the heart, anyone with any business and/or marketing experience would know that removing the incremental achievable incentives for people to purchase (read: donate) just to see how high they can get it will have an impact,

It's no secret to anyone that giving people smaller achievable goals will always yield better results in comparison to large ones that feel "too far away to bother trying" 

Worse still for the player base, the 2022 rates on ASE where naturally 2x more than 2024's rates, so the 6x this time around is really the equivalent of a run of the mill typical event weekend on ASE...

Where is the incentive for people to even bother logging in?!

Additional rates come at no additional cost, so I just don't see the reasoning behind this decision, maybe it's just me, but it feels like a punishment not an incentive.

Being required to give more to get less is not a good marketing tactic, especially when the whole world is already tightening their purse strings. 



And I'm not sure if I read this wrong, (correct me if I am) but it sounds to me like Fear Evolved will be kneecapped without the most popular features, the dodo-wyvern and dodo-rex (It's not what they said, but what they didn't say (or show))

And again I could be wrong but this post reads like it will be for the most part restricted to Club Ark, and as much as I liked the initial concept of club ark, it's pretty much useless, and I (and I'm sure many others) simply don't use it because it punishes solo players who don't have a team for some of the games, and anyone with less than perfect internet can just forget about being able to play most of the games due to elevated ping issues (And this kind of crap feels like it's being forced upon us.. using a COMPLY OR ELSE methodology, with no alternative offered)

(and quite frankly minigames are just mindless unimaginative filler, many of us just dislike the minigames, much like the ones added to the genesis DLCs which felt like boring chores than actual content)

I'm sorry, but this is yet another (2 infact) swing and a miss..

 

I, like other friends of mine, have opted to not donate through Wildcard this year.  Other studios deserve out support.

The event coming to Club Ark is ridiculous. Club Ark is trash. I have no interest in Club Ark at all. This proves yet again Wild Card has no idea what they are doing. And the push back of the upgrade is beyond a failure. This company is absolute garbage. All they do is continue to alienate their own player base

What is the deal with Fear Evolved being only on Club Ark?  You really need to start taking care of your player base... unless you're enjoying those stock prices hovering around $1?  I've not once been on Club Ark - nor has a single player in my tribe or the other old school ark players I know.  People are pretty pissed about this move.  We've been pretting ON OUR OFFICIAL SERVERS for fear evolved and all we get is color unless we go to Club Ark.  That's a big middle finger to what's left of your player base.  You still have time to pivot and, honestly, you need to start doing that to take care of your community.

Only good thing about club ark is that you can get artifacts there and I do think the different themes have been cool looking.

The minigames have almost all been forgettable uninspired content that just feels like filler.
