TheRealFear Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 Microsoft blames WC and Wc does not say a word about it, personally my base expires in 4 days and I can't log in, this is by far the worst service ever, WC already released 2 patched for club ark on steam but can't seem to fix the biggest problem, windows users(xbox pass pc) members can't even get into the game, so it is more of a fact they care what they can benefit from it, like the power ranger mod(u got to pay for it) so again new money and they don't care if you bought the game on xbox(windows) or using the pass, they getting there money. so it makes it clear, WC is not a company that has there players best at heart, just wat they can gain from it. Best of it all is they do not know when this patch will be resolved. so changes of all xbox pass players losing everything is very high. magno55 Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 I do really love this game but Wildcard Studios really make it difficult. For anyone to blame Microsoft is baffling. Obviously there is an issue with the Game Pass PC version or it would have passed cert review by now. Top that off when you buy Bob's Tail DLC and guess what you can't play it. The constant F Ups by Wildcard is the biggest reason I put off playing the remastered version and just when I do 2 days last patch and probably a week this patch. Like they trying to screw game pass users. Well I had enough and not going to sut here and wait till i lose everything. Minorta1 Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 I have the same problem and it sucks, the problem is the update for Game Pass, however, I found a temporary solution, you can use Xbox Cloud Gaming, log in with your Microsoft account and select Ark, you can log in to all the servers, the lag is Terrible but at least you can check your bases and dinos, so we don't lose all the progress. kalomanv2 Posted June 22 Share Posted June 22 I know is this the dumbest thing ever just to admit my opinion on a site that I know never hears me out I’ve always had issues but I’m just so broken by a lot of this and I’m reaching out to the community here because I’ve wasted or I’ve enjoyed so many hours of playing this game and I just feel so dumb That I en enable someone to do these things to me and that’s me but going a whole week or a few days without an update for windows and just having all this ridiculous things go down and just feeling like a sucker. I been patient. I just feel like there’s no Consultation between the devs and the publishers personally it’s always a post of all the next map and the newest update coming but it’s never personal. It’s always just a robotic answer and I don’t think no one deserves that treatment especially says people are huge fans like people and I don’t know what they have to deal with and I feel like , I would wanna know I don’t wanna feel left out trying to enjoy a game and support the same people that do very little to show the same amount of enthusiasm and excitement I have for them like I feel like it’s so separated on how I come to this and how they never just ever wanna interact with it like all these DLC‘s And what am I gonna change someone or something when I could just change what I do I just wanted to say something because it’s just so sad that I don’t know what to do here like ASA is good and way, but the disconnection between the player is greater than ever. I don’t know. I just don’t understand why it’s so hard to have a sort of realistic community of player and user like there should never be those sort of apology for this kind of negligence thing to have something that consistent and reliable. There’s no excuse to not own up to your mistakes and I’m not here for any sort of apology, but I don’t think it’s right to , allow myself to subject my time and heart to this kind of relationship. I just don’t know what to say. I am sad that I feel this way and all of what I’ve worked at and I just in a point where I have to let it go I think and not allow myself to what the situation is and try to justify how it is and it’s just a limbo and I don’t know.
