The extra money from real micro transactions will help get Ark 2 going and keep ASA up and running instead of closing it. Its common sense that a money making platform wouldn't be thrown away.

p2w is a word flung around to scare people. unknown low tier games that went down did for unknown reasons and using them as your argument is a bad filler broskii. so far all the MAJOR titles ive seen that have battle passes and in game RMT stores are all up and running in this inflated world so they are doing it right. WC/Snail would do well to tap into that market and start hitting us with some phat surprise goodies. We will show our support!

You want something for the people who work? Bring In official ORP servers. NO ONE including myself who is also not poor btw wants micro transactions if you don't know how to play the game or can't actually do it yourself don't play it. It will 100% ruin the game. Ark is not COD or battlefield and sure as poop isn't Conan. Go play one of those, if wildcard wants to make more money they'd do better adding in the mode they took out that allowed people who worked or had kids or school to actually play and not lose everything because they got wiped at work and added creatures from the creature votes in. Incase if you haven't noticed there already isn't good feedback on all the poop they are charging people for and micro transactions for a grindy game both in idra and practice are horrible things to add in. Pay to win 100% ruins games and is actually proven to only really work on mobile clickbait games and most of the time they stop after a month or so when the lazy clickbait players move to another game. Wildcard is having issues for ark 2 because they're losing a lot of they're dedicated players due to lacking of a long term reliable option to play and them not listening to the community and pushing back all the creature and map drops. If you want to kill a game make it pay to win and not have any skill associated with it at all because that totally makes sense for a game that's all about the grind.

hello again friends! This crunch was unexpected. I really don't like having the mobility of a bloodstalker right away at least in pvp. I was really excited about a fresh start to abb. This makes it feel like end game abb still.

I was really hoping to see a battle pass implemented instead of dlc dinos every map release. I buy them, but still waiting for the battle pass ive been asking yall about for like a year.

Day1 & Day2 have 5 separate recording an hour each on twitch showing the automatic log in system not working. I am now trying to join low pop Ab servers and I can see on battle metrics the server is showing the same info.....1/70....week 1... but wont let me log in. I normally buy the DLC but i didn't this time and now I cant play!

This is why i said just put up a rmt store. you wont get the dlc traffic or the stocks to look right if we are expecting a rushed dlc, skip it, or realize the only reason we've been able to play this whole time has been due to buying the DLC. I can say that the forced feeling just don't feel right.

See this right here is why i said yall need to finally roll out the battle pass system and in game store. The extra funding would have been able to see this HUGE map released the way it should have been instead of making aberration the equivalent of lost in space....how about making it the goat map it was again?

Making sure you have DLC ready for each new map is getting in the way of bringing the maps to life on UE5.

if yall are going to look past the battle pass and in game store option how about a premium subscription service like some of the other major companies have going? I get some people cant afford a 30 upfront for a battle pass every few months so what about a sub service to give a little boost? I get a yearly sub for both wow and eso i would love to add ark into the mix! OW2, Diablo, CoD(blackcell), fortnite are all getting my monies for the passes and in game stores. Cooooooome on WC! How many companies can say they have players that want more paid options. We literally want to give you more of our money. ARK is one of the greats now and needs to take their seat at the adults table!

 

$5 for a dino is a tease, what can you give me for $20?!

i spend a $20 for a Mcdonalds meal ill devour in like 5 minutes vs in game content that can be used for as long as i can keep it.

This feels like a real crunch! The summer event also finally has that loaded ASE event feel finally on ASA. I hope this delay is cause of the huge demand for a RMT store and battle pass? Great crunch guys! Please consider adding a paid store system. It would really help me keep my presence on all the different game modes. If i can use some small payments to help me get started and mitigate the upkeep for my expansion in new modes it would really help me establish a base on more servers and help to spread my wings and keeps a broad portfolio! you have a fan base ready to take the next step and add ark into their(my) financial plan.

I'm guessing people on benefits would come up with something like put the time in or don't expect a shortcut lol. Its unhealthy to assume the majority of people are going to neckbeard a game as hard as the "alphas". This game has been plagued with over farming resources just to create a stockpile, blocking resources to slow down competition, creating absurdly high prices for trades, toxic grouping in game on servers.

This game has been said on YouTube that it will cease to exist when Ark 2 comes out. If you create a reason for them to want to keep it running we wont have a repeat of what happened to ASE. We are getting a huge service while at the same time creating an incentive for the owners to keep it going. Look at the launch of SE and how there was not nearly enough servers to facilitate the amount of people looking to play. Everything costs money to setup and run. If they have a larger pool to work with im sure we wont run into these issues in the future map releases. It would also logically give the company more capitol to work with when working out the bugs, creating new content, and hopefully getting some good advertising going. I see way more pro's than con's.

Like i have said in may previous comments, the only people it would truly hurt are the people running discords themselves. PVP would be more open to PVE players. There wouldn't be PVP servers owned by 1 person blocking every single loot drop and obi cause you could just buy the raw materials and create your own way out or better, take on the person blocking the server! So that brings up the biggest win for a in game store. Being able to USE the servers being paid for instead of having one person on em and having to pay for it. Seems like a huge waste of money the way it is.

If you want to OWN a map go play single player. If you want to OWN a server go buy one.

If you have a great income, buy the things you like and want to enjoy!

No cheating. No hacking. A store option that anyone can freely use, or choose not to use.

A battle pass that lets you have access to the premium mods or get them at a discounted rate would be the obvious next best step! I like how the eso premium works where you get access to all teh dlc while its active instead of buying them at full price. Once you play and fall in love with the dlc you of course buy it(no brainer) and you have a little bonus points for buying the content so you dont feel like you get it all with the battle pass. Bonus points could accumulate into various deals and discounts, or maybe some in game stuff.

wildcard, you should roll out some kind of incentive program to get more people on the website. I didn't know about this site until i had to fill out a ticket. I never really actively checked in or read the community crunch. Im not saying make a game breaking reward but something that would make someone say hey i need that too! I want to see more of a variety of people here. Soooo many people seem to whine about anything they can or complain about suggestions. Get some fresh blood in here!
