What a about a Cart Rebalance to make it more desirable with some buffs/debuffs?

Suggestion

Visualize a realistic Tyrannosaurus Rex equipped with a large, leather saddle, akin to those used for riding horses but much larger, and harnessed to pull a two-story wooden wagon with a design similar to a classic western saloon. The wagon has detailed woodwork, large wooden balcony railings on the second story, and big, sturdy wheels. The T-Rex, looking powerful and rugged with its textured skin, is standing in a dusty Wild West town setting, complete with a saloon and wooden storefronts in the background, under a vast, clear sky.

Hello! I bring some suggestions on how to rebalance for good and keep the fair gameplay o the new Carts!

For starters, let's bring the BUFFED improvements to make the wagon WORTH the build and the use:

- The creature carrying the wagon SHOULD NOT be affected by the weight put on the carts, since the weight iself is on the wheels!!! (calm down, some debufs are coming with my suggestions!)
- Get more wagon variants, wish smaller and larger sizes, for humans and XG creatures. Imagine a Paracer pulling a big, maybe 2 storey wagon! That would be majestic!

Now, the DEBUFs to make playing with the cart more fair:

- Since the creature wont get affected by the weight of the cart, it's speed should be. So, make it so the dino will not able to SPRINT whenever the weight is higher than the weight the dino can handle. But keep it able to still PULL it by just walking.
- The creature carrying the cart should NOT be able to jump, no matter the weight applied on the cart.
- The creature carrying the cart should NOT be carryiable by other creature's claws. But they SHOULD be allowed to go top of boats/creatures' platforms. But their (carrier and cart) weights would be applied to the platformed creature. So a bronto with a platformc arrying a Doed with cart should receive the weight of both creatures.

Thats it! What you all think about these ideas?

I not only accept but I actually encourage constructive observations and improvements on these suggestions!
