iStephano
Pixelation is fixed, but there is something wrong with the trees on the island map. Looks like they added wrong shader / or missing shadows. Edited April 8 by iStephano

As soon as i got in the visuals are super blurry and you cannot see more than a few feet in front of you making it pretty much unplayable. Is there a fix for this or is it a known issue currently? I appreciate any help as i cannot wait to hop back in! I think you can try turning off FSR on pc. And it's a lot less noticeable if you have a higher internal resolution. The issue is that consoles run at 720p or lower internally so FSR has to do a lot of work.

milui
Hi, I'm sorry, but I cannot find anywhere to send my request for graphic issues. If you know where I can find help, I am greatfull. This is my request: Hi, I am troubleshooting my game experience in ARK Survival Evolved. The graphic look rough, unrefined, even in the highest setup. It seems, that shaders are not being applied. My rig: RTX 3060 Laptop, 16 GB RAM, 1920x1080 60Hz. When I change the graphic setting, I get more textures, nice light reflections on surfaces, but no defining shaders. Everything looks hard edged, not well shaded, especially at transition points e.g. from ground to grass. What I tried: reinstall ARK, try lowest graphic settings and slowly build up to highest with restarting the game every time, optimize game via Geforce experience, Make sure resolution scale is at 100, clean install Nvidia drivers and Geforce experience, check that Windows uses Nvidia as standard for the game, Steam: verify game files, move game to internal SSD, reinstall ARK, install MOD Advanced Lightning. The problem persists and I don't know what to do anymore. Please help, thank you! For some reason even a screenshot is too large to put here to show the image (more than 399kb). The previous version was graphically pretty flawless for console so I feel like there should be a fix for this on the newer, more powerful console and a lot of forums say this issue is new to this update. Just curious if anyone knows a console specific fix. I can run it solo on PC but my buddies run Xbox and can’t really play unless it can be fixed. I had the same issue. I was able to fix by going into the visual settings and restored settings to default, even though I never changed them to begin with. I haven’t found a fix for the blurry display however.
Sarin
I'm going to bump this. I've been off ARK for a while, has the performance improved since release of SE? And is there any way to get visible supply drop beacons on low global illumination now? I've tried searching Curseforge for a mod that would do that, no luck.
