Read your suggestion forum, tweets from users, discord comments from users, and so forth. The information aside from the general complaining, is valuable. Listen to your consumers.
Hire an intern to cheaply provide updates/interact with the community. The silence, occasional offhanded comment in discord or tweet, does more of a disservice then anything. No matter how big or small Wildcard may be, there are no shortages of interns that would love to be the "frontline" person for a company. ANY interaction is better then none.
View PVP and PVE as two different forms of gameplay. Blanket fixes and changes dont always work in one setting.
Render Distance: In an attempt to help server lag/issues, this was changed (it hasnt helped). In the process the new render range has created new issues. Namely, getting dinos to follow you correctly. With poor AI follow already an issue, this has exasperated the issue even more so. Please revisit this.
Make reporting actual in game problems that arent related to exploits, easier and more clearly stated. As of right now, I cant see anywhere I can report an actual problem with something in game that isnt related to griefing or an exploit. Are there no "customer service" options? Or is it so hidden it's difficult to find?
