Ingame purchase for aerial symbiot not showing

Hi all,

as I can’t find any way to open a proper ticket anyhwere, maybe the community can help.

I made an in-app purchase for the aerial symbiont but it doesn‘t show up in my inventory anywhere.

Am i doing anything wrong ? Where do I see it and what do I have to do build it ?

It should be made in the smithy 

To make the engram needs

100 x Chitin recovered from insects using hatchet 

15 x Potent Dust often rewarded from tributing swamp cave artifact

1 x Neura Husk collection from the Meganeura

The engram is not visible in the smithy. Until now I just bought it.Is there anything else I need to do to see it ?
