New to Modding for a Hands On Learner

Hi all, I downloaded the UE5 Ark Devkit. I have watched several YouTube tutorials, downloaded blender, messed with things myself, and I'm so lost I have no idea what the heck I'm doing.

I would love some help because I find this stuff fascinating and would like to learn or take lessons. I'm happy to pay for lessons as well. My main goal was to make a bunch of custom dinos using the in-game dinos and some off-game ones (utilizing the skeleton meshes available in the current devkit). I'd also like to take a stab at creating a really pretty map because that looks fantastic too. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
