Map changes have obliterated Doedicurus spawns

is it just me or has ascended basically made Doedicurus the rarest animal on The Island? All of its spawns are now just steep cliffs, and it's basically impossible to find one, even a low-level one.

Not really, I see them in all their usual spots. If anything they seem to be more common. Try the edges of the redwoods, I see a lot along there.

Doeds are one of those creatures you see all the time until you want to tame one

There are some of them near the river at Green Obi. Nice spot for hunting XD

They're out there, but not so easy to find. We tamed a low-level one and gave up looking. And of course a few days later I happened to spot a 135 on the side of a mountain, which is now happily smashing rocks for us.
