Does anyone else miss the old bag beacon?

I find in some place where the terrain isnt perfect or in the swamp its a lot easier to lose your bag now.

Dear Wildcard,

Please make a person's dead bodies and bags more visible. Put a marker right on them so you can see, on screen, where your stuff is at - even if it's bugged and hidden in terrain. Bring the pillar of light back too. All these enhanced visuals and bugged visual artifacts (sprays of rocks just hanging out in the air? really?) are making it impossible to recover.

they just patched it yesterday so the death icon appears at your feet rather than vanishing when you get in the area, so just crouch there and you should hit it unless it is undermesh.

The new color of the bag is also terrible, everything is dark/grayish. The bag before was reddish brown and stuck out a little better.
