Hi wildcard, when this problem getting fix? Update server model for what? Before update my ping 180-300, after update "model" My ping lowest is 383 and top is 723 lol, i paying this game and server like this? If this game "free" I will never complain about it

Ping is a quality of network connection metric. Ping is high because something is causing the data to take a long time to reach the destination. This is caused outside of the game client.

Maybe your security software is causing it.

Maybe your crap WiFi signal is causing it.

Maybe the host has the same issues causing it.

Maybe there is a problem with one of the hops the data takes on the internet in between yourself and the server.

Maybe your CPU is struggling to meet the demands of the client, and is unable to process the network data in a timely manner.

Troubleshoot the connection problem, and you can figure it out. No one else can do it for you. Whatever your ping is has absolutely nothing to do with whether you paid for the game or not, and is not a game-level issue to complain about.

 r u serious. check the server list lots of servers island only have high ping now after update

Servers are down, and we have filled out the server down form, no response or resolution.  Perhaps he/she/they took the night off?

These two servers went down at 2100 (9pm) EST on 14 April and as of 639 the next morning, they are still. Is there anything being done about this?

Non dedicated server i was on just randomly shut down and i'm not sure why and still hasn't come back on anyone else notice this?

Whenever official server 5139 gets full I keep getting pushed out to dashboard when someone trys to log In. I've been in the middle of flight, fight and building when this happens. I've lost tames equipment and structures because I can't get back in to log off inside. People will "kite" my tames and my bodyjusy to get at my inventory. Something really needs to be done about this. Either up the server limit or come clean out the "weekend warriors" who only log In for 3xs events

I’m on this server, too. Haven’t seen it repopulate in the playlist yet. Idk what’s going on. Stepped out for a couple hours, came back and server has vanished.

Yio, I wanted to start a game on an official server (where I have a high level character) and I see that the official servers have been removed, can anyone tell me why?

Is the server down?  I have tried to log onto it for 8 hours now and it is not available to choose from on the server list. It seems to be the only server missing and I have been able to log into other servers.

My dinos glitch and hiccup to where they disappear and come back within seconds but you can barely walk without lagging. Fix this issue

Asia scorched earth 5537 kicked us all out been down for over 3 hours without and announcement, server outage info or updates.  Come on give us some info.
