Every time i try to join any server on steam ark whether its official or unofficial i get met with the message "You have been kicked by BattlEye. Reason 'Client not responding". I have tried the following: Verified game files through steam, uninstalled and reinstalled battleye. Reinstalled ark through steam, Switched from a router to a modem.

That looks like a "Favourite" list so I guess at one moment stuff was working. Further your network seems to be mostly OK because you see a list of servers with ping stats and etc.

Have you maybe recently installed some new software that battle eye in its infinite wisdom deems to be "cheat stuff"? (Although I thing you generally get a message if that happens?)

Have your firewall rules maybe been altered and ShooterGame (or actually ShooterGameBE) is no longer "allowed" network outbound access?

You are not alone. We play arc with my wife, yesterday I was thrown out and apparently made ends meet, I tried to log in from her laptop, through my account - it's useless. Although if it didn’t enter from another laptop, although the wife plays great, this could not help. Wrote in support of Steam, BattleYe - did not even answer. Please reply if you have solved the problem.

Я пробовал все предложения, которые я могу найти в Интернете, но все еще не могу присоединиться ни к одному серверу. Это у всех так или я один из счастливчиков?

I have the same problem, did you manage to solve it?

In my case this happened because not all mods of an unofficial server were completely downloaded and installed (I had canceled the join because it was taking too long). Finally, it helped to re-enter the same server and let all mods finish loading and installing.
Alternatively, it could also work to completely uninstall the game, manually delete data in the Steam folder and, if necessary, remove any mods in the workshop (or try this first).

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to join my friend's Survival Evolved server and every time I join, I get kicked every few minutes with this message: "You have been kicked by BattlEye. Reason 'Query Timeout'". My internet connection is good on every other app. I'm struggling to find a solution online so if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it!

Thanks.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have slowly seen this message pop up more and more as I try to log into my official servers. Now, I am unable to log into my official servers completely and get this message on every attempt.

I have searched countless times, looking through forums, reddits, etc... but can't find a solution that works. I've tried Wifi/Ethernet, firewall allowances, deleting Battleye and re-verifying files, trying other settings on my computer, standing up and hopping on one foot while spinning in circles - I've tried everything I can find.

Anyone have a magic fix that I've missed?

Thanks

This may or may not be helpful but, I get this when I try to login for the first time per day. Usually after 3 attempts I get in. Once this is done, I can get in to any other official servers with no problems. Mods being up to date could be the issue.

That’s kind of how it started. I could get in after a few attempts. Now, it seems to have progressed to the point that I can rarely get in. I play on official so mods aren’t the problem. Thanks for responding, though!

I am having this issue as well. It slowly gets worse and worse until I'm forced to uninstall BattlEye and reinstall. Even then it only works for a few days. I do not have any mods, either. This started happening a few patches before Aberration was released.

Do you actually uninstall BattlEye, or do you just delete the folder? I guess I haven’t tried going through the uninstall process so I may try that next. Deleting the folder then verifying game files to get it back does nothing to help, so maybe you’ve got a trick I can hop along with.

Thanks!

Update: this didn’t help either.

I’ll just keep trying things!

NEW Update: I uninstalled the entire game, reinstalled, and now I have two instances of successful log-ins on the first attempt. Hope this helps someone else.

Final update - after my most recent message, it started happening again. Went a couple of days without being able to get in at all.

Since Fear Ascended has started, it seems to have been patched. I have not seen this message once since then and have had 100% successful log-ins.
