General description:

The Ouranosaurus is a relatively large hadrosaur which possesses a large sail. Ouranosaurus uses its sail to cool itself down in the desert and to intimidate predators, making medium sized carnivores such as Carnotaurus and dire wolves leave the Ouranosaurus alone. Ouranosaurus is well adapted to the harsh desert climate.

The Ouranosaurus is the largest hadrosaur species seen on the ARKs and one of the largest herbivorous dinosaurs in the deserts. The Ouranosaurus is larger than the Morellatops and may even be larger (including its sail) than a diplodocus. These dinosaurs are Passive in nature and moves in herds, while there are no common threats except for Wyverns, these creatures usually run than fight, and the larger a predator is than it, the more likely it is to run away.

There are two ways to tame an Ouranosaurus, the first one is via the regular torpor method, however it will be quite challenging as an Ouranosaurus requires a lot of tranqs to be knocked out, a lot of narcotics are expected to be used as well as it drains as fast as a Giganotosaurus does. There is also via a taming method akin to the method you use to tame an Equus, this method is significantly better.

The Ouranosaurus spawns in the most hostile areas of Scorched Earth, and can rarely be found roaming the mountains and the more friendlier areas of the map.

While roaming, you can occasionally hear these animals hauntingly sing, it is not very common to hear them do that but it will significantly help you find these rare animals.

A tamed Ouranosaurus accelerates, and consumes little stamina while running. It is also pretty fast for its size but it's turning radius is not that forgiving, though it is of course better than a Rex'.

Abilities:

Because of its sail, it gives a passive ability to players nearby and helps give adequate temperature for eggs. The Passive buff also makes the player's water drain slower. The Passive buff amplifies when the Ouranosaurus is told to sit down, it sitting down will provide extra protection against desert storms and heatstrokes, it will also passively generate "Super Stamina".

An Ouranosaurus' "Super stamina" is a new unique stat and serves as a "punishment-free" currency for the Ourano's singing ability. While the Ourano's singing ability does consume stamina (more on that in the attack segment), Super Stamina serves as stamina which goes over the max amount of stamina the creature currently has, and will be displayed as a dark blue overlay over the stamina icon in Ourano's HUD when mounted. Super Stamina is obtained through the Sail Shield ability or passively by letting the Ourano sit down (note that the Passive alternative of getting Super Stamina will only max. fill up by 15%)

Attacks:

LMB - Bite and stomp (alternates between these two)

RMB - Tackle. (Pressing RMB without absorbing damage via Sail Shield will only make the tackle attack serve as a regular attack, Sail Shield is not required for the Tackle attack, read more below how the Sail Shield "attack" works)

C - Sail shield. The Ouranosaurus will turn around 90 degrees to show its body while hiding its face, it will receive 70% less damage and absorb some of the damage to fill Super Stamina. After absorbing damage and converting it to Super Stamina, you can either add the converted damage to fill the Super Stamina meter, this will also make the Ourano more armored towards damage for a while, and will also amplify its singing abilities due to it filling up Super Stamina, or you can click on RMB after pressing C (you got 2 seconds on you after the meter has been filled) to make the tackle deal more damage and knockback to the target (if some damage has been absorbed). This ability has a long cooldown do it's important to time the ability correctly to achieve its full potential.

This ability will make a meter to appear on the top of the screen to show how much damage has been absorbed. The Ouranosaurus' Sail will show how much damage has been absorbed by checking how much of the sails color has changed. If the Sail Shield's meter is full and used with the Tackle attack, the Tackle will deal 2.5x more damage while dealing great amount of knockback and a "limped" debuff to the victim which will make it 60% slower. Only a small amount of Super Stamina will be gained (~5%) and some Stamina will be lost.

If you want to gain Super Stamina, you will have to wait 2 seconds until you see that "dark blue" Stamina has been added, or look at the top of the screen to see a notification to tell you that Super Stamina has been added.

X- Sing. There are 2 "songs" the Ouranosaurus can sing. (These can be toggled with left CTRL). You will be required to hold X to increase the buff of the song's effectiveness, in contrast to the Yuty's spam roar stack buff. A lot of stamina is needed for singing, and its highly preferred if Super Stamina is used as it will give the singing buffs bonuses (clarification: song with regular stamina 10% protection, with Super stamina 15% protection, this is only an example), and a chance for the Ouranosaurus to escape if needed as regular stamina won't be consumed.

Song of Harmony- Song of Harmony will make tames more resistant to damage and be resistant to DoT attacks, not including fire and will also make creatures more resistant to torpor attacks. (Riders riding tames will not be able to be picked up from their mounts when the Song of Harmony buff is activated, however if the dino is small enough for the flyer or carrier, it will pick up the mount instead).

Song of Rage- Song of rage will slightly increase speed for tames in the area and will also be able to give a slight damage bonus, around 5%.

A song's buff will last during the duration of an Ouranosaurus' "singing session", after the Ouranosaurus has finished singing or stops, a song's buff will last for 10 seconds. If not more, depending how balanced this is. The singing buff radius is pretty large, leaving the singing buff area, which will be highlighted in a colored circle in a 30 meter radius (if not more) around the Ourano, will make the buff deactivate 2x faster than if you would remain in the area of effect.

With the help of War drums, it will effectively increase the Ouranosaurus' area of effect and make the Ourano drain less off of its stamina while singing.

Singing has a downside where the Ouranosaurus is very vulnerable, as it will take more damage when singing if someone or something attacks it. The ourano can walk at around 80% of its speed while it's singing, but it can't run.

Song's cannot be stacked nor amplified, meaning that only one Ouranosaurus is needed for.

Potential TEK saddle:

The Ourano's TEK saddle would completely shield the Ourano during the C attack, instead of making it 70% resistant, it would with an activated TEK saddle 100% armored. The area of effect will be significantly larger because of the TEK saddle having speakers or whatever. With a fully charged tackle attack, the Ourano will release a sonic sound wave which will knock creatures 3 times greater than a normal fully charged Tackle.

However, to ARKify it a little, a more prominent dewlap, a more "fleshy" face, not skinwrapped, and vibrant colors on the sail are stuff that would look good for the Ourano.

Also please come up with any suggestions, I'm kind of new to this.
