Server Crash Abusing - with Electrical Cables

Hey Guys or Wildcard, 

We was going to attack a Base on Fishbowl at a Gen2 Server (1508) Ps4 Offi PvP. The Problem ist now, the enemies Spam electrical cables behind their turret wall inside their base, so the server crashed all the time, everyone got a blue screen, and the ping was constantly over 255.

If we was in the lag, our mate doing some Screenshots of their lag abusing inside the base from them. 

 

What we can do about that ? 

Please help us, we lose many tames about their unfair play.
