this weird creature is excellent in gathering resources but he has also a peculiarity: his saddle is armed with a powerful cannon, wich can be used for taming golems or titanosaurus, or can also be used in sieges.
his taming is also weird, you have to passive feed him berries and then ride him, but after this you'll have to gather as many resources as possible (wood is the one that gives less taming effectiveness, berreis gives a little more, iron and crystal are the best) all of this has to be done in 15 minutes, if it takes damage during the process or you are to slow the taming efficency will drop.
note: the cannon on his back is less powerful than a normal cannon, but can be moved up to 180 degrees, and must be controlled by another player riding the platybelodon. the cannon is cheaper and has cheaper cannonballs. the platybelodon can damage up to iron structures, but doesn't make much damage.
