where can I find the file to put the --NoBattlEye agument

where can I find the file to put the --NoBattlEye argument like it says to do so it doesn't use battle eye? I never built the server I used the already included one by going to host and host dedicated server, after a lot of work I got it to run and show up but now with BattlEye installed on my system it says I can't join without it, that I don't have it installed and when I click on install it says I have it installed and closes the game (not my server, that stays running) other people can join but I can't. I don't care about battleye so I would like to disable it to join my server. the server says I can do this by adding the argument but I can't figure out where to put -NoBattlEye

Put it just after  -nosteamclient on your command line.

I'm guessing you have a file that ends with ".bat" which starts your server.  It goes in there.

You should also change your admin password because you've told everyone what it is 😞

I don't really care as it doesn't work. I looked for a .bat but I don't know where it is, that is what I want to find out.
