Does ark care

I know some people get reported for a lot of things by different groups with ark doing nothing to stop toxic players from spamming or blocking off resources. I know I have reported the same teleport glitch by artifact of pack on crystal a few times with nothing but silence. I have been dino bombed with proof because a tribe mate killed something the individual didn't even have trapped or knocked out and wanted payback and still ark did nothing. Some of the stuff on the official site here has not been looked at since 2019 for Pete's sake. Even with proof of issues I have never seen an ark admin or gm come help? Does the company even care that the game will die if toxic players take over with no incentives to follow rules because they stopped enforcing those rules and left the rest of us to deal with toxic players and becoming toxic ourselves because we have no other choice if we wanna continue to play. Where is arks enforcers? The gms meant to help use that for some reason are no longer there? The unofficial servers do better to handle toxic players lately then the company that made the game? I can't be the only one who thinks that is sad. And people who report in game or online don't even get a mass produced email or any confirmation that anything will get done.

Without seeing the quality of your reports, none of us can say why you aren't getting the help you are looking for.   I just know that the GMs do show up and fix things if they receive reports.  My assumption would be, the better the report, the more likely a GM will look into it.

Based on your block paragraph here, I would suggest focusing your reporting to one single issue, and document, document, document.  Your reporting pictures should be able to tell some of the story and confirm key details.  Do your pictures include location?  Verify the server the issue occurred on? Do the pictures capture the nature of the issue? Do you include separated paragraphs in your report?

Do you have other people on the server who have observed the problems?  If so, ask them to file reports based on their experience with their own documentation.  Most problems go unresolved because people don't bother to write up reports.  The ones that do, sometimes need a little extra guidance on how to put together a compelling case.  Many of us here are rooting for you, if we can help give tips we will.  We just can't really say with certainty what will convince a GM, but there are basic things that should be in reports that many people don't think about.

and, as always, remember to not name or identify other players while here on the forums.  Which of course you haven't done, but I mention it so your conversations and questions can remain on here where we can continue to converse.

I did not know about not being able to name anyone so I do appreciate the heads up. I videoed the issue and submitted the videos with the issues and put in a ticket that I explained in detail. Someone block a terminal on an ab server completely. I use to be allied with the so while we were allied they put pillars in my area. I never did the same so they left allies and now I can't build either I tried so hard to get wildcard to see but I never get a response. I also know others on the server that reported I just don't know what else I can do

the pillar thing won't be changed, assume that area is now dead for building.    You were allies, and now not, which means their existence there is valid based on the rules.  Blocking a terminal is a definite no no.  

Pictures of that, include coordinates.  The website here says to use the ccc command in game to copy the game coordinates that we don't see used into the form.  The GMs usually still ask for the regular coordinates the GPS gives you.  I don't understand why there's a discrepancy between the 2 coordinate systems, but there is.  Remember to hit escape to bring up the exit screen while picturing the area.  That screen will verify that the pictures were taken on the server in question.  I usually pull up the map, gps, and the esc menu in one picture.  That consolidates a lot of info into 1 screen.

I think official server soon gonna be like legacy.A year ago i report a tribe in gen 2 who block every flat place(ship part) with other allies.In eden trench,every pillar/foundation was removed ,but the pool in 19 70,my base with aquatic dinos no, because this guys make a structure in middle and my pillars are around.The structure decayed,but another allie come and claim that place with foundations,again decayed this christmas but a tribe make the same structure with pillars,ceilings and teleporter.3 weeks waiting,my new report with video,coordinates,and pics showing this tribe say want to buy my place and that is why block the pool,get closed and gm "investigate" the case,the tribe still play in the server and refresh the structures.

Can show the videos but i think is again the forum rules,sorry for my bad english

It's an open secret that ark does not enforce the game up to industry standards and it's not really the enforcement teams fault.

1. They clearly do not have nearly enough employees (I only know of three GMs that handle pvp, they might have some more staffers but not many).

2. Someone at ark makes bad decisions to how enforcement should work. For example, as confirmed by Dollie, in most cases a cheater will be individually banned and a tribe will not be devwiped as they do not want to punish a whole tribe for the actions of an individual. The problem with that is this is a tribe based game and so what people do is just bring people in who they know are going to cheat, wait until they get banned, rinse and repeat. Some characters in a tribe will be clean, some will be cheaters and those tribes rarely get devwiped.

3. Also it seems like snail games is very likely involved with much of the cheating, some people will say that's a conspiracy but there's pretty good evidence, also it is confirmed via a lawsuit by WC that a snail game employee stole and leaked the ark source code, which is part of why there are so many cheats that are so cheap and easy to get.
