Are you asking why a mod called "ARK Additions" is not sponsored by WildCard? Well, the mod is sponsored by GPortal, a server hosting service, so it has some sponsoring already. Beyond that, you'd have to ask WildCard, they're not going to post an answer here on these forums. If you think it should be sponsored by WC then submit it to them to consider in the future.
