Nitrado Xbox server configuration help!

I recently started my own dedicated via nitrado. I was able to get most settings how I want them except for raising the max player/ dino level and engrams. Used both the generic game engine input as well as expert mode entry. After submitting a support ticket with nitrado, they basically told me to double check my work and do my own research. I've followed the steps on wiki pages and various YouTube videos to no success. If there's anybody that can help me out, I can send copies of the .ini files.
