Gunshowjon
Ok, this is my first ever post here so don't nail me to the cross admins and mods. I assume this is the right spot to post, and I'm sure y'all understand that I'm not spending a lifetime searching for a similar topic. Now with that out of the way, I recently had a good friend pass due to cancer, he loved playing Ark. So I decided to truly give this game a chance. When I search for games, all types (PvE/PvP), all maps, and searching official and unofficial; I'm coming up with practically empty servers. The screenshot I attached around 3 a.m. so I would imagine that would have an effect. I'm not trying to drag the game down by mentioning this. I'm just trying to get where the party is. I'm playing on an unofficial PvP server, but it's been a ghost town. Fine by me I guess, but it's hard to make friends in a place where nobody is at. I think y'all get what I mean here. Anyhow, hopefully I'll get some replies, and thank you in advance for your input. Hope to see y'all in Ark!
Larkfields
Use battlemetrics to find the post populated servers. Beware that servers with the most players will probably also suffer from the most lag.https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/search?sort=-players&game=ark
Gunshowjon
Thank you for your response, I didn't know about this site. Looks to be very useful. Adding it to my arsenal!
Noa
Try PVE. Servers are full even if nobody is online, And is a lot harder than PVP so it is real challenge where imagination and patience will cross your limits. (you can't destroy enemy structure or tame)
