Killing titans doesn't give credit, no engrams, no dossier

I am 170 with every explorer note in the game except the 5 titan ones

 

i killed the lesser titans 3-4 times each now and it won't give me credit..

 

after all of the things i struggled through to get this far it is pretty upsetting and infuriating that the game is too buggy to let me finish a multi month quest

 

I tried getting SUPER close, literally INSIDE the body of both ice titan and desert titan twice now, and nothing

tried being on foot to shoot forest titan with a shotgun, nothing

 

I got it many years ago way back when it was still newish content without any issue, but that character was lost after ascending, it just LOST the character so i have to do them all over again..

I find the solution this year,when kill the titan wait 10 -15 seconds,no harvest the body and the note appear in the screen.

Sometimes if you lose the progres in a server,just go and  collect in singleplayer.Have a problem and lose all notes i collect the last 30 days in aberration, try in sp and the notes appear unlocked again.

or change the server if cant collect dossier/notes
