Blue screened and logged to character gone

I got blue screened and when I tried logging back in kept saying server timed out when I finally logged back on the character was just gone and there was no bag or anything but didn’t say I died or anything in tribe log and I lost my 2400%+ melee giga which was lvled high from purple drops that was the only giga I have rn and I don’t know if my character just got deleted from existence or what I’m back on it now but everything I had on me just doesn’t even exist in game now

sounds like your character got lost, the system rebuilt it like it's supposed to.  You get none of your stuff back because it won't do that.  They will not replace lost items.  The tames they will replace will not measure up to what you lost.
