I'd like it more if there were alternative ways to cure it. I think it'd be a clever mechanic to drive people back to scorched earth e.g. if getting that super heat buff cured the swamp feav

Yeah, like it, it makes you more focused when in swamp

Personally i would like more things that make a survival decisions more important and make you think if doing something or going to a part of the map is worth the risk, like fire causing burns, snow causing frostbite, wounds causing infections accelerated by swamps etc. But i know most people will hate this aspect.
