Lost Island Non-Dedicated bug

So not sure if you guy's can help but if you can that would be amazing,

So I'm trying to join my 2 friends on Lost Island on Non-Dedicated I can join if it's just me and the host and same with my friend but if there is 2 of us already loaded in the map then the 3rd person get's Timeout or Outgoing Reliable Buffer Overflow, This is a brand new map we are all level 1 this doesn't happen on any other maps just Lost Island, the 3 of us have reinstalled ark 2 times, all driver's are up to date and connection setting's for the host is fine it's literally just Lost Island that has this problem we would like to all play together if anyone has an answer to this problem that would be very amazing not sure if it's the Easter event causing the issue
