Not all Admin Commands working

So I have a Nitrado rented server. I have server password protected and an admin password set.

On PS4 after bringing up command line, I type password and it changes from Admin Request to Admin Command.

From here I can Fly/Walk, Infinite Stats, ETC.

I can't however spawn items or dino's. I've tried every which way I know how to. I used to have a server on XBOX years ago, and was able to use all commands. I can't using PS4 version. I even use ShowMyAdminManager and I see everything except the Cheat Manager box on the right hand side. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Just been playing around on server and want to be able to use everything I'm supposed to be able to do with cheat commands.
