When new official servers open?
All i see is more than 2000+ days old. They are laggy, low fps, and almost every place is builded, and Dinos too strong if you start the server now. 
Maybe the beginner servers will transform into normal servers after x amount of time?

IF they do add more it will likely be when they drop Fjordur and it will be the Fjordur map, but as for old maps there probably wont be any new servers of them.

There will be no fresh servers of older maps.  Going forwards, it's more likely they will be cannibalizing servers that have the lowest player population -  for new maps or Ark2 when they are ready to start beta testing it.
