If we can make the amount of reimbursement more humanized



Due to a critical bug I lost almost 650 dinosaurs but I was told that I can only get 15 dinosaurs which are not at all interrelated with me. Is it fair and equivalent? No, totally disproportionate. Though the customer read the attachment I submitted and knew I didn't lie, right? I implore you to think in my position. 

This kind of solution just chills me.
