Rebalance ideas for dismount tames and items

Suggestion

 • nets no longer effect flying tames
• nets only effect small and medium sized land dinos and players
• when netted you no longer dismount, instead you have a struggle que pop up (similar to blood stalker) player takes reduced damage while struggling
• net projectiles travel slower meaning good for still, soaking, targets not for moving targets 
• net projectile has to hit majority of target to gain registration (not just clip it) benefits precision and not random shots. 
+ shadow manes no longer dismount multiple targets but instead apply a slow/stun effect (like plant X) and possibly add a 2 second damage debuff (not sure on that idea for big land pvp
+ shadow manes no longer can aerial dismount but the slow stun applies to effected flying tame, flyer that is stunned can still fly at regular non sprinting speed 
+void wyrm beam range decreased 
+ void wyrm beam is directly in front of it can’t look at 180^ angles to dismount so to balance the effectiveness of its dismount and allow other creatures a chance to escape 
+ tek gauntlets no longer force dismounts on flying tames that are punched but instead try to force it to land. If no land available creature just falls until take off key is pressed. 
+ plant Z remains unchanged 
+ ferox unchanged 
+ if player is netted give them resistance to tek rifle spray because current meta is net + tek rifle players and tames. 
+ increase element cost on tek suit usage, tek suits are like power armor in fallout. Very op and should be! But there should be a drastic increase in cost of using so to make it more balanced with how strong and how much utility it has.
++ rework wyvern secondary attack so it no longer punishes players when dismounted. Wyvern secondary attack exits the mouth (fire breathing wyvern or lightning) so it should exit the mouth and not the top of the chest where the player is mounted. This would allow wyvern to actually be useful against tek suiters instead of having to play around dismount time.

Nets already move slow, moving targets are difficult to hit without leading shots. And they already ONLY affect z-able tames.
Wyverns dmging the rider when dismounted ONLY applies to lightning wyverns. Fires do NOT do this.
Crowd control has been a serious issue since extinction made ele easy. Its best to leave it that way as the cool downs are already quite acceptable. Most I might say is maybe make the cooldown between flyers vs land dinos a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio.
Void wyrm breath is already short and easy to escape from with ease.

What really needs to happen is nerf the one tap dismount punishers (gigas, wyverns, ASTROS) as these do far too much dmg and punish dismounted WAY too hard because of it.
Gigas need to be easier to rage, potentially do less dmg to recently dismounted players as well, lightnings need to do reduced base dmg (current is 31 hits at 31% dmg, should be 31 hits at 15-20% dmg). Astros annihilate flak and tek suits in a single barrel roll, shouldnt and shouldnt be so mobile.
