bluntdancer Posted January 25, 2022 Share Posted January 25, 2022 Allright. I have asked everywhere, made multiple support tickets about it, both to steam and ark support. While Steam provided some support, ARK support just sends me te pregenerated message of "Do it like that or contact a computer specialist for further assistance" and sets the tickets status as "SOLVED". I dont know what to do anymore so i hope someone sees this post and at least guides me on what to do next. So without further ado here is my issue: I bought ARK Season Pass (The one that gives Scorched Earth, Aberration and Extinction DLC's) and i'm not getting items told to be given to owners of that Season Pass (Bulbdog mask, reaper mask, aberration helmet, aberration sword), but am getting skins from other DLC's without any problem. I have narrowed the issue a little bit, with a help of a friend from steam. Apparently you are supposed to have the Season Pass itself on the DLC list of Ark, just like scorched earth and the others and i did not get it. Steam says that they cannot do anything about it and i should contact the games support. But... It did not go well as seen in the introduction of my topic. What should i do? Who should i contact? What should i say? I'm really lost, and i hope someone here helps me out even a little bit. That Season Pass is no longer being offered as a DLC, but as a Bundle. Therefore, users that didn't purchase the original DLC (that was available from 8 December 2017 to 25 May 2021) will not receive these skins because, although they own all 3 maps, they don't own the 'Season Pass' itself. Since there is no mention of the skins on the Bundle, I'm not too sure if this is intended or an oversight so I would suggest you submit a Bug Report and it will be looked into by the QA team. I thought it was weird, as everything except for aberration sword says that its available for season pass owners, while aberration sword says that its available for people who pre purchased it.
