Did they nerf it or something, its been awhile since I've played and getting back into it. Just normal rocks, trees, foilage not coming up. I've used it many many times to keep my jungle bases hidden. It's actually a godsend for staying low. I'm having the same issue as OP. Some of the trees got knocked down near my house and I cant replenish them. If more go down my base is gonzo. I understand that the area of effect is very low and there is a cooldown on growing things back but I've spammed over 30 referts in the last day or so on trees that I've regrown before and nothing but a rock has grown back.
