This is just a debug record of where the .exe was compiled from (so wild card has compiled the main ShooterGame.exe from a source directory that starts with lostisland)
 

Further up it looks like the game is failing to initialize graphics OK?
I would do a "verify files" on the Ark installation (often this kind of error comes with a corrupted installation)  - and maybe check graphics card driver updates? Speaking of graphics, have you recently perhaps had a driver update which could be responsible for crashing the game? (Unlikely - but I guess possible)

You might try starting up with -preventhybernation

I had an error just like this on my server and even local play and had to set this flag in steam, forgot to add validation of files too

Ive validated, reinstalled, removed mods and only reinstall got me 3 hours of game play before it started again. Any suggestions?

Sorry - but get a virus checker ???? Or check your windows error logs for low level errors on your hard disk.

Very unlikely to happen while you playing. At startup - its an fail with ark installation. And if you reinstall / refresh the files and it works for a bit then your machine is not OK. First thing I would do is look at graphics driver updates (from the makers site, not Microsoft). Failing that then as 1st comment (made mostly in jest) above.
