Is there anyway for me to find the server owner who's never been on

Hi, I've been playing on a PvE ragnarok server with some friends. I've been enjoying the server a lot, but about two hours ago it went offline and no ones been able to connect to it. Battle metric says its offline. No one ever was able to find who the owner was, and as far as we can tell no one had paid attention to the server since sometime during turkey trials.

If that helps at all, if anyone knows the owner or some way I can get in contact with them I'd be happy to possibly purchase the server from them.

Unless the server owner gave out some information to other players that would let people find them, you're not going to be able to. It would be a violation of data privacy for people to be able to track down the server owner without the owner sharing their contact information with other people.
