I think yiu should be able to breed golems, this would be really good and bring their usage back up in the Meta. Trikes, stegos and carbos are more usfull at the moment because they are breedable. So I came up with the idea that they should be breedable but they take as long if not longer than a giga, you can mirror their breeding rates over. Same breeding time, interveil and all that. Make it so they drop a stone, a small stone and it hatch into a small golem and they eat stone. The rates of the server will decide how much stone they eat, and when they grow you get another golem. This would be a really cool idea and I hope you consider adding it.
