Adamb2oo7 Posted November 24, 2021 Share Posted November 24, 2021 I made tek bows on gen 2 then transfered to island. When you did the rollback I lost my crafted tekbows and the bp. I got them back to my server and they did a roll back on the island server an not on the gen 2 server which made them l disappear. To submit a ticket, you need to be logged in on the community forums. If you are not, you will be redirected to the home page with an embedded message in the URL telling you more. For example, if you are not logged in, you will be redirected to: https://survivetheark.com/?kind=error&message=Invalid+data+from+remote+sign-in+mechanism.+Missing+name+or+email. Telling you that you don't have an active SID in your browser cookies. Logging in on the home page, then going back to the support page (without closing your browser if your cookies are not persistent between sessions) and you should be good to sign in and submit a ticket.
