Im new here and angry/confused

First time posting.

I have a problem with ONLY Island map crashing, and am getting ZERO help from customer support.

 

I asked numerous questions, not ONE was answered.

 

My case was closed, and I was told by SUPPORT, they can not fix the game; No solution, not one suggestion I could try.

 

So in other words, I paid for this game with all the extra maps ( A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME ), and was basically told, too bad, don't write back, case closed.

 

My dinos that I worked on hunderds of hours are starving and there is no help at all, just rude customer support.
