Make the cloning option choose from dinos that are withing a certain range of the cloning chamber similar to the tek stryder choosing dedicated storages just less range.
Another option would be to clone from cryopods that are in the inventory of the cloning chamber which would also remove a lot of the hussle when cloned dinos get stuck.
